Whether it’s the 365 sunsets per year, the ocean views, cooking in our modern kitchen or just lounging by the private pool, you are going to love your time at Casa Margarita. Of course we have all the amenities you are after like wifi, AC, hot water, paved roads and private parking. Guests should also know that our development has a controlled entrance and we’re only a 7 minute ride from all the restaurants and nightlife in San Juan del Sur. We even have a blender for all those margaritas!

Access

Road access to the house is mostly paved so you won’t have any problems getting here. That said, all of the beaches around San Juan del Sur are located at the end of bumpy dirt roads that can be difficult for small cars and 2 wheel-drive vehicles particularly if it has been raining. If you are going to rent a vehicle, we recommend something a larger than a compact car or sedan to get around.

House Rules and Policies

Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests.
Check-in/Check-out times: 3:00pm/11:00am
Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $300 USD will be added to the rental rates when you make your reservation. This fee will be refunded at the time of check-out provided the property has not been damaged.
Electricity Usage Policy: Each rental day includes 55 kilowatt hours of electricity. This will meet the needs of the home including responsible use of the A/C units at night. Electricity usage above the amount allotted for your stay will be charged at the rate of 10 cordobas (~$0.30 USD) per kilowatt hour.
