At Mango Vacation Rental Management we focus exclusively on managing luxury vacation homes for the short term rental market. Our research and experience shows that this is the most effective way to maximize rental income while safeguarding your investment.
No Monthly Fees
We are 100% commission based so there are never any fixed monthly fees. We firmly believe that we shouldn’t be making money unless you’re making money.
Simple Pricing Model
Our fee is 25% of gross rental income (minimum monthly commissions apply).
Along with managing rentals, we also take care of your property. Included in our fees are the following services:
- Payment of all bills including staff salaries, utilities and property taxes.
- Inventory and stocking of consumables like cleaning supplies, propane and water.
- Supervision of cleaning and maintenance staff.
- Management of maintenance projects.
You’re a smart investor and you want to see how your investment is growing. We get that. This is why we provide detailed quarterly reports that show itemized income and expenses as well as summaries for important metrics like Occupancy Rate and Profitability. We can also customize these reports to work with your tax returns back home.
