Meet the amazing people working for you at Mango Vacation Rentals. We are all proud to call San Juan del Sur our home and we can’t wait to meet you in person!

Anne is the reason things get done at Mango. With a B.Sc. in Biology from the University of Victoria, her organizational skills are second to none, which evidently is exactly what you need in a business with so many moving parts. Anne most recently called Vancouver home, where she was an admissions officer at the University of British Columbia before packing everything up and moving to Nicaragua with her husband and two rather large cats.

What does one do after a career teaching other people how to run their own business? Start your own business of course. After receiving his B.F.A. in New Media from Ryerson University, Paul went to work for 1-800-GOT-JUNK? where he was part of their family for 15 years. When it came time to find a new job, Anne (and a plate of tacos) helped Paul realize it was time to put into practice what he’d been preaching and Mango Vacation Rentals was born. Paul also thinks the cats could use a little exercise.
Franklin Escoto Carter
Operations Manager
Originally from Chinandega, Nicaragua, Franklin and his wife made the move to San Juan del Sur over 12 years ago. Fully bilingual, Franklin has a background in property management, construction, pool maintenance and transportation making him the perfect person to look after our growing family of properties. Most guests will meet Franklin during check-in and he is a great resource for how to get things done in San Juan del Sur. While he agrees the cats are large, he seems to like them anyways, especially Bob.
Fatima Corea
Head of Housekeeping
Mango’s very first employee, Fatima is in charge of keeping many of our properties clean. Fatima’s attention to detail and work ethic make her an indispensable member of the Mango team. Fatima is a native of San Juan del Sur where she lives with her daughter. And we think she likes Mildred (our large male cat…don’t ask) the best.
