Elementos del Sur is a spacious vacation home located just off the beach at the north end of San Juan del Sur bay. Open the front doors and in less than 60 seconds you’ll be walking on the sand. Continue moving your feet for another 8 minutes and you’re right in the middle of all the bars and restaurants in town. Just don’t forget to take in one of our gorgeous sunsets on the way 😉

Elementos del Sur consists of a main house with 4 large bedrooms and a smaller private “casita” that holds the last 2 bedrooms. The rooms in the casita are only available to groups of more than 12 people. The entrance to the casita is only a couple of feet from the front door of the main house but it has it’s own bathroom as well as a private deck.

Add a pool, AC, hot water, WiFi (fibre) and you have the perfect vacation home in San Juan del Sur.

Access

Road access to the house is mostly paved so you won’t have any problems getting here. That said, all of the beaches around San Juan del Sur are located at the end of bumpy dirt roads that can be difficult for small cars and 2 wheel-drive vehicles particularly if it has been raining. If you are going to rent a vehicle, we recommend something a larger than a compact car or sedan to get around.

Maximum Occupancy: 16 guests.
Check-in/Check-out times: 3:00pm/11:00am
Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $300 USD will be added to the rental rates when you make your reservation. This fee will be refunded at the time of check-out provided the property has not been damaged.
Electricity Usage Policy: Each rental day includes 100 kilowatt hours of electricity. This will meet the needs of the home including responsible use of the A/C units at night. Electricity usage above the amount allotted for your stay will be charged at the rate of 10 cordobas (~$0.30 USD) per kilowatt hour.
