Whether it’s the 365 sunsets per year, the ocean views, cooking in our modern kitchen or just lounging by the private pool, you are going to love your time at Casa Margarita. Of course we have all the amenities you are after like wifi, AC, hot water, paved roads and private parking. Guests should also know that our development has a controlled entrance and we’re only a 7 minute ride from all the restaurants and nightlife in San Juan del Sur. We even have a blender for all those margaritas!

Access

Road access to the house is mostly paved so you won’t have any problems getting here. That said, all of the beaches around San Juan del Sur are located at the end of bumpy dirt roads that can be difficult for small cars and 2 wheel-drive vehicles particularly if it has been raining. If you are going to rent a vehicle, we recommend something a larger than a compact car or sedan to get around.

  2. Check-in/Check-out times: 3:00pm/11:00am
  3. Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $300 USD will be added to the rental rates when you make your reservation. This fee will be refunded at the time of check-out provided the property has not been damaged.
  4. Electricity Usage Policy: Each rental day includes 55 kilowatt hours of electricity. This will meet the needs of the home including responsible use of the A/C units at night.  Electricity usage above the amount allotted for your stay will be charged at the rate of 10 cordobas (~$0.30 USD) per kilowatt hour.

Bella Vista

If you are travelling all this way, why not have the best view of the place, right? With 180 degrees of ocean view from Costa Rica to the coast of Nicaragua, Bella Vista literally stands above all other houses. Catch every sunset from our patio or infinity pool and never miss a wave with direct views of the surf breaks at Playa Remanso and Playa Hermosa. When it’s beach time, we have direct access to Playa Remanso at the bottom of our development.

Access

The house is located at the top of a very steep dirt road that is only accessible by vehicles with 4×4 capability and drivers who are comfortable driving off road. If you don’t have 4×4 or just prefer to skip the off road experience, private offsite parking is also available at the bottom of the hill for a fee of $5 per day. Transportation in our vehicle to/from the offsite parking is available 8am to 8pm Mon-Sat and is free of charge. If you choose to walk, the trip between the house and the offsite parking spot takes approximately 20 minutes.

Casa Altamare

Tranquil sunsets, private pool, amazing ocean views, and all within walking distance to the beach and restaurants in town. With room for 10 people in 4 bedrooms, Casa Altamare is located in a small gated development overlooking the north end of San Juan del Sur bay. A stroll down the beach to town takes about 20 minutes or you can entertain at home and make use of our modern, fully equipped kitchen. The house also comes with A/C, hot water, cable TV, fibre optic internet and a backup generator.

Casa Altamare is part of a small, three home development at the north end of San Juan del Sur bay. Our gated development is fully enclosed by walls and a security fence and the gate is manned 24 hours per day.

Casa del Soul

Breathtaking ocean views and proximity to town make this private 4 bedroom vacation home the perfect home base for your adventures in San Juan del Sur. Casa del Soul overlooks Playa Nacascolo from the exclusive Pacific Marlin development at the north end of San Juan del Sur bay.  Each of the four bedrooms comes with a private bathroom, AC and amazing pool or ocean views. Guests also love our open-air dining area with sunset views for everyone.

Outside, the large pool, patio and yoga area has something for everyone. We have loungers for lounging, hammocks for hammocking and a large covered area for escaping the sun or some sunrise downward dogs. Road access to the house is paved and there is plenty of parking available. We even have one secured parking space inside the main gates to the house.

Oh, I almost forgot to mention that we have wifi throughout the house with speeds up to 60mbps and cable TV!

Villa Noche

If you are going to visit paradise you might as well have a great view of it, right? Villa Noche has 270 degrees of jaw dropping unimpeded ocean views from San Juan del Sur Bay to the open pacific ocean. You’ll never miss a sunset from the swimming pools, kitchen, dining areas, bedrooms or patios. There simply isn’t a bad seat in the house.

Your stay at Villa Noche includes security staff, daily cleaning and even a personal cook. All that’s left for you to do is sit back and soak it all in.

Located in the prestigious Pacific Marlin development overlooking the north end of San Juan del Sur bay, Villa Noche is in an amazing location. We are only 7 minutes from downtown San Juan del Sur so you’re never far from the action and the entire development has paved roads which is very rare in San Juan del Sur.

Guests should be aware that we have AC in bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 but there is no AC in bedroom 4 (room with 3 beds). However, we have lots of fresh sea air and plenty of fans to keep you comfortable at night.

Please note that, while paved, the roads in Pacific Marlin are very steep. We highly recommend that all guests have vehicles with 4×4 capabilities. If you don’t feel like driving, we are happy to arrange transportation for you.

Access

We highly recommend that all vehicles should have 4×4 capabilities. The house is located at the bottom of a steep hill that can be difficult for small cars and 2 wheel-drive vehicles. If you prefer, small cars can park at the top of the hill and guests can walk down to the house. Our friendly staff is happy to help you up and down the hill in our truck when it’s available.

  6. COVID-19: Due to the health situation surrounding COVID-19, all guests making reservations for dates prior to June 30, 2020 must be in Nicaragua for a minimum of 14 days prior to check-in.

Miramar Townhome

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6

Walking distance to the beach and town in a secure development with 24hr security. As our guests, you will have exclusive access to our private pool and patio including BBQ and outdoor eating area. Inside, you’ll find all the major amenities such as wifi, TV, AC, gas stove and a blender that is just dying to make you a margarita. This 3 bdrm, 3 bath townhome is only a 5 min. walk from sunsets on the beach and only 12 min. from all the restaurants and fun that San Juan del Sur has to offer.

Access

This house is easily accessed by any type of vehicle. That said, we recommend that guests rent a vehicle with 4×4 capabilities as most of the roads outside of town are dirt and can be difficult for smaller vehicles particularly if it has been raining.
