If you are going to visit paradise you might as well have a great view of it, right? Villa Noche has 270 degrees of jaw dropping unimpeded ocean views from San Juan del Sur Bay to the open pacific ocean. You’ll never miss a sunset from the swimming pools, kitchen, dining areas, bedrooms or patios. There simply isn’t a bad seat in the house.

Your stay at Villa Noche includes security staff, daily cleaning and even a personal cook. All that’s left for you to do is sit back and soak it all in.

Located in the prestigious Pacific Marlin development overlooking the north end of San Juan del Sur bay, Villa Noche is in an amazing location. We are only 7 minutes from downtown San Juan del Sur so you’re never far from the action and the entire development has paved roads which is very rare in San Juan del Sur.

Guests should be aware that we have AC in bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 but there is no AC in bedroom 4 (room with 3 beds). However, we have lots of fresh sea air and plenty of fans to keep you comfortable at night.

Please note that, while paved, the roads in Pacific Marlin are very steep. We highly recommend that all guests have vehicles with 4×4 capabilities. If you don’t feel like driving, we are happy to arrange transportation for you.

Access

We highly recommend that all vehicles should have 4×4 capabilities. The house is located at the bottom of a steep hill that can be difficult for small cars and 2 wheel-drive vehicles. If you prefer, small cars can park at the top of the hill and guests can walk down to the house. Our friendly staff is happy to help you up and down the hill in our truck when it’s available.

  6. COVID-19: Due to the health situation surrounding COVID-19, all guests making reservations for dates prior to June 30, 2020 must be in Nicaragua for a minimum of 14 days prior to check-in.

Casa Paraíso

Be part of the vibrant Maderas Valley community when you stay at Casa Paraíso. Our 5 bedroom villa is walking distance to epic waves, soul inspiring yoga, relaxing massage, great restaurants and some of the best sunsets in Nicaragua. Or you can stay at home and enjoy the sunsets from our private pool or any one of our 3 patios with ocean and valley views.

Our guests can sleep soundly (we have lots of hammocks 😉 knowing we’ve invested in solar panels & solar hot water to offset our power needs.

This house is also available as three separate apartments. Each floor has it’s own kitchen and private entrance.

Access

KAWAMA

Wow, it’s right on the beach!

We considered stopping the description there but we also wanted you to know that this 3 bedroom house at Playa Marsella has an infinity pool, hammocks, A/C, daily cleaning service, secure parking, hot water and internet. We even have a generator in case the power goes out. Throw in a basket of toys for the kids and what more could you want?

KAWAMA is a great location to entertain guests.  We have a fully appointed kitchen as well as a covered gas BBQ and outdoor sink. Take your meals at the breakfast bar, or move outside to watch the waves where we have seating for 8 between the dining table and lounge area.

KAWAMA is located 20 minutes north of San Juan del Sur on Playa Marsella, one of the most “tranquilo” beaches in the area. With 2 restaurants right on the beach and a few more within walking distance, you don’t have to go very far to find a good meal. We are also perfectly situated for surfing  being only 5 minutes from Playa Maderas, the best surf break in the area.

But who cares about all that because… it’s right on the beach!

Access

We recommend that all guests rent a 4×4 or large vehicle for transportation while staying at KAWAMA. All the roads outside of San Juan del Sur are dirt and can be difficult to navigate with a smaller vehicle particularly during rainy season.

This property really has it all. Beautiful pool – check. Secluded Garden – check. Ocean Views – check. Shaded grotto and outdoor dining area – double check. All of this and it’s just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars of San Juan del Sur. What more could you ask for?

This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home nestled in quiet Barrio la Talanguera is perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with a couple of friends. A full kitchen and outside dining area make it perfect for entertaining or quiet meals with family. The pool area and sun beds make it hard to resist a lazy afternoon at home but, should you decided to venture forth, you are only a 5 minute walk from San Juan del Sur beach. From there it’s only another 12 minute walk to all the bars, restaurants and fun that San Juan del Sur has to offer.

You don’t need a car to get to and from the property but, if you have one, there is plenty of secure, gated parking available on site. Be aware that this is not the case with all houses listed as being in the San Juan del Sur area. Many places listed as close to town require a car or 4×4 to access.

Only a 12 minute stroll down the beach from downtown San Juan del Sur, we are located in one of the premier developments in Nicaragua. Talanguera Townhomes is a wonderful combination of modern architecture with a design aesthetic that echoes the surrounding landscape. At the center of everything is our giant Guanacaste tree that anchors the courtyard and provides shade from the midday sun. There just isn’t anything else like it in San Juan del Sur. Trust us, we looked!

The townhouse itself is 1200sqft spread over two floors. The two bedrooms are on the main floor and the open living/dining/kitchen are located above. Venture up our spiral staircase to the roof for a spectacular view of town, the bay and some of the most amazing sunsets you’ll ever see.

During your stay you’ll have access to all common areas including the swimming pool, garden and green space. As well as the gas BBQ on our deck, you are also welcome to use the large charcoal BBQ by the pool.

Inside, you’ll find all the major amenities such as wifi, TV, AC, gas stove and a blender that is just dying to make you a margarita. This 3 bdrm, 3 bath townhome is only a 5 min. walk from sunsets on the beach and only 12 min. from all the restaurants and fun that San Juan del Sur has to offer.

Whether you’re rolling out of bed to catch empty waves or taking in one of the sunsets from our infinity pool, you’re going to love your stay at Remanso Villas. We’re right on Remanso Beach, so all you have to do is walk out the front door and you are steps away from the surf (there’s even a secret break close by that we’ll tell you about once you book ;-). The house is outfitted with solar panels, security and wifi. We even have a digital assistant to help with the lights and entertainment.

Access

Vehicle access by 4×4 only. All guests must be aware that the house is at the bottom of a steep hill and you will need a 4×4 to get in and out. We can help you arrange transportation if you don’t want to rent a vehicle.

Our luxury studio suite awaits you at the north end of San Juan del Sur bay. Located in the upscale neighbourhood of Barrio la Talanguera, we are only 5 minutes on foot from the beach and 15 minutes from town. Newly constructed, our studio features exposed wooden posts, polished concrete and hand crafted hardwood finishings. From our private deck you have a view of the garden and pool area including our beautiful Guanacaste tree. We fell in love the first time we saw it and I’m sure you will to.

The studio boasts a dining/sitting area flat screen TV. We have a queen bed with pillow top mattress and cable TV and internet are included. Other amenities include ample closet and storage space for your electronics and valuables.

The property includes a large garden area for relaxing, yoga or hanging out with friends. If the sun gets too hot, you can always retreat to the shaded grotto or take a dip in the pool.

Being this close to town, it isn’t necessary to rent a car or 4×4 but street parking is readily available if needed.
