It’s a 5 min. walk to the beach from our front door. Continue another 8-10 min. and you’re in the middle of all the bars and restaurants that San Juan del Sur has to offer.

This sophisticated studio apartment overlooks the pool and garden and comes complete with hot water, AC and everything else you’d expect in a modern vacation rental home.

Access

This property is easily accessed by any type of vehicle. That said, we do recommend that all guests consider renting a vehicle with 4×4 capabilities. All roads outside of town and to the beaches are dirt and can be difficult in smaller vehicles particularly if it has been raining.

House Rules and Policies

Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests.
Check-in/Check-out times: 3:00pm/11:00am
Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $200 USD will be added to the rental rates when you make your reservation. This fee will be refunded at the time of check-out provided the property has not been damaged.
Electricity Usage Policy: Each rental day includes 20 kilowatt hours of electricity. This will meet the needs of the home including responsible use of the A/C units at night. Electricity usage above the amount allotted for your stay will be charged at the rate of 10 cordobas (~$0.30 USD) per kilowatt hour.
