Whether you’re rolling out of bed to catch empty waves or taking in one of the sunsets from our infinity pool, you’re going to love your stay at Remanso Villas. We’re right on Remanso Beach, so all you have to do is walk out the front door and you are steps away from the surf (there’s even a secret break close by that we’ll tell you about once you book ;-). The house is outfitted with solar panels, security and wifi. We even have a digital assistant to help with the lights and entertainment.

Access

Vehicle access by 4×4 only. All guests must be aware that the house is at the bottom of a steep hill and you will need a 4×4 to get in and out. We can help you arrange transportation if you don’t want to rent a vehicle.

House Rules and Policies

Maximum Occupancy: 2 guests.
Check-in/Check-out times: 3:00pm/11:00am
Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $200 USD will be added to the rental rates when you make your reservation. This fee will be refunded at the time of check-out provided the property has not been damaged.
Electricity Usage Policy: Each rental day includes 25 kilowatt hours of electricity. This will meet the needs of the home including responsible use of the A/C units at night. Electricity usage above the amount allotted for your stay will be charged at the rate of 10 cordobas (~$0.30 USD) per kilowatt hour.
