Our 2 bedroom private apartment on the top floor of the building is walking distance to epic waves, soul inspiring yoga, relaxing massage, great restaurants and some of the best sunsets in Nicaragua. Or you can stay at home and enjoy the sunsets from our pool or patio.
Our guests can sleep soundly (we have lots of hammocks 😉 knowing we’ve invested in solar panels & solar hot water to offset our power needs.
Access
We highly recommend that all vehicles should have 4×4 capabilities. The house is located at the top of a steep hill that can be difficult for small cars and 2 wheel-drive vehicles particularly if it has been raining. We can help you arrange transportation if you don’t plan on renting a vehicle.
House Rules and Policies
- Maximum Occupancy: 4 guests.
- Check-in/Check-out times: 3:00pm/11:00am
- Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $300 USD will be added to the rental rates when you make your reservation. This fee will be refunded at the time of check-out provided the property has not been damaged.
- Electricity Usage Policy: Each rental day includes 30 kilowatt hours of electricity. This will meet the needs of the home including responsible use of the A/C units at night. Electricity usage above the amount allotted for your stay will be charged at the rate of 10 cordobas (~$0.30 USD) per kilowatt hour.
- Pets: Pets may be allowed on the property with prior permission only. Please contact us for details.
