At Casa Esmeralda you and your family are only a 15 minute walk from the restaurants and shopping in San Juan del Sur and a short drive to the surrounding beaches. When you get back to the house, you’ll love lounging in our outdoor patio/dining area or just relaxing in your private pool. Throw in a fully equipped kitchen, fibre optic internet, BBQ, AC, hot water, blender drinks and you’ve got the perfect vacation home.
Access
Road access to the house is mostly paved so you won’t have any problems getting here. That said, all of the beaches around San Juan del Sur are located at the end of bumpy dirt roads that can be difficult for small cars and 2 wheel-drive vehicles particularly if it has been raining. If you are going to rent a vehicle, we recommend something a larger than a compact car or sedan to get around.
House Rules and Policies
- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests.
- Check-in/Check-out times: 3:00pm/11:00am
- Refundable Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $300 USD will be added to the rental rates when you make your reservation. This fee will be refunded at the time of check-out provided the property has not been damaged.
- Electricity Usage Policy: Each rental day includes 75 kilowatt hours of electricity. This will meet the needs of the home including responsible use of the A/C units at night. Electricity usage above the amount allotted for your stay will be charged at the rate of 10 cordobas (~$0.30 USD) per kilowatt hour.
